error using MyEtherWallet.com

1. Go to https://www.myetherwallet.com/access-my-wallet
2. Choose MEW CX
3. Click "I accert Terms" and click "Access My Wallet"
4. Error. Entire error output see below (I can login to MEW successfully from Metamask enabled browser - didn't check Trust)
