Inconclusive e2e tests

All e2e tests in `/demo` folder are currently "passing". This proves the production build is successful and the app shows its homepage. However, some (maybe most) of them don't show much relevant content yet. Should be revisited and adjusted to demonstrate the focused integration is really working (like Tailwind styles are applied or sample data from DB selected).
