JEP 530 – Primitive Types in Patterns, instanceof, and switch (Fourth Preview)

The current implementation is in [JEP 507](https://github.com/AloisSeckar/demos-java/blob/master/src/main/java/org/javademos/java25/jep507/PrimitiveTypesDemo.java).

The recent https://openjdk.org/jeps/530 need new JEP 530 demo implementation and JEP 507 should be turned into a [linking class](https://github.com/AloisSeckar/demos-java/blob/master/src/main/java/org/javademos/java21/jep446/ScopedValuesDemo.java) pointing to JEP 530.
