JEP 385 – Deprecate RMI Activation for Removal

The main implementation is already in [JEP 407](https://github.com/AloisSeckar/demos-java/blob/master/src/main/java/org/javademos/java17/jep407/RemoveRmiActivationDemo.java).

For JEP 385, only a [linking class](https://github.com/AloisSeckar/demos-java/blob/master/src/main/java/org/javademos/java21/jep446/ScopedValuesDemo.java) pointing to JEP 407 should be added.
