Systemd Update for enable to use userdbctl

Hi,

i write at moment a bash script where is userdbctrl using inside should works at all distros so far,
but AlmaLinux have not a current Systemd and should updated for well working and stay and to be up to date :)
at example,
AlaLinux have a Sytemd Version 252-14.el_2.3
Fedora 253.7-1.fc38 and
254 is on the way ...
i guess, AlmaLinux have a Updateissue at Systemd, because i have wrote this :)
