Set up a lightweight process for regularly reviewing F5Bot alerts and routing actionable Reddit threads to the right person — whether that is support, community, or marketing.
Right now the alerts are landing in email promotions and getting reviewed ad-hoc. A regular cadence would help us catch support threads, correct misinformation, and engage with organic advocacy more consistently.
