Guide to nearest mirrors for cloud, live, RPi images

We only have a guide page to mirrors for ISO images at the moment:
- https://mirrors.almalinux.org/isos/
- https://mirrors.almalinux.org/isos/x86_64/9.4.html

Other images such as cloud images, live images, RPi images are not downloaded from mirrors much because of lacking of guide page like ISOs. Wiki page for RPi only have a link to [repo.almalinux.org](https://repo.almalinux.org) at least now.
- https://wiki.almalinux.org/documentation/raspberry-pi.html

I think we need the same mechanism for other images as well.
