Retrieve prod repositories from API endpoint instead of release plan

Right now we retrieve prod repos for package location list from release plan, this is not good idea, we keep useless data in our DB, best way to fix it is retrieve all prod repos from web server, keep them in store, and copy it for each release in UI
Endpoint route is repositories/, filter them by production or if request will take too much time I can add query param for retrieving only prod repos
