Description

Currently, there is an established timeout for building packages. At this moment, this is tied to the platform data as you can see [here](https://github.com/AlmaLinux/albs-node/blob/28648cbfafedd4090a2352d6984c5aef90382308/build_node/builders/base_builder.py#L365-L374), which makes sense. In general this approach is fine, however, sometimes:
* We have a slow build node and the platform's default timeout is not enough
* There is a package that takes a considerable amount of time to build in a particular architecture

it would be great to be able to increase the build timeout in specific situations as mentioned below.
Initially, I'd say that we can bring support to set a custom build timeout at build node level.

Also, we can think about adding some more fine-grained control, like, "we want to set a custom build timeout for a specific package only and in this build node", but this implementation could take us some time. For that reason, I'd keep this out of the scope for now and create a new ticket describing the full proposed solution if we find that we really need it.
