Set up a configurable deployment strategy for public errata parser

After all the changes have been made to the new errata parser and is ready to be shipped, we need to put it into production, this means, among other things:
* systemd-it
* containerize it
* have to ability to easily configure it
* provide an ansible playbook/role to deploy it - either its own one or as part of albs-deploy ?
