Ensure that beholder provides relevant information when releasing community products

During the release process, the `repo beholder` is used in order to determine the repo where a package is going to be placed.
For this reason, we'd need to be able to add distros (product repos) into beholder so it helps in the package placing process during a release.

AC:
* Product repos are added into beholder
* repo beholder monitors the repos
* Upon release, repo beholder provides the releaser with accurate information about package placing
