The frontend should update the list of distributions when I opened the window for adding a build to a distribution

s2r:

1. Open any build
2. Open a new tab
3. Create a new distribution at the tab
4. Open window add a build to a distribution at the previous tab
5. Open list of the distributions

Real behavior:

The window add a build to a distribution shows me the old list of distributions. I should to refresh the whole page for getting the new list of distributions

Expected behavior:

The window add a build to a distribution shows me the newest list of distributions without refreshing the whole page.
