Adding a new button (Remove) on modular builds

説明
For now, we have 2 buttons in the "Edit module" submenu: "+" and "delete", we should add a "-" button:
- Button available when package added to build(plus was clicked, or package was updated)
- If you will click on this button package will be removed from the building stage, but will not from the module(old artifacts will be left in module metadata )
[This build](https://build.almalinux.org/build/6805) was created with this config(MySQL was removed from the build):
And we don't have mysql in module metadata
