Update github integration workflow around erratas to deal with shared errata ids

As commented on https://github.com/AlmaLinux/build-system/issues/208, we need to take into account the fact that both platforms can have an errata with the same id. The problem is that if we face this situation again, we need to deal with the record_id:platform_id of the errata, which is something that we already have in the issues, see https://github.com/AlmaLinux/updates/issues/21 and https://github.com/AlmaLinux/updates/issues/22
