### Current Behavior
My profile correctly shows that I have signed the "AlmaLinux Community Code of Conduct" but there is no way from that screen to view the document or search for it.
### Expected Behavior
Make the title of the document into a hyperlink that takes me to the document.
### Steps To Reproduce
Expecting this to be obvious!
