Add events page to website

I've created [a google calendar](https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=c_igbfgoud4sir46g3atvaefhm8g%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America%2FDetroit) for us to track and share events that AlmaLinux will be at. I'd also like to get this added to the website. The updates would include:

* a top-level navigation menu item named 'events and meetups'
* this page would be an embed of this calendar that says "where to find us!", and an option to subscribe to the calendar
* It should also include a place for folks to submit a request for us to join them at an event. That can be as simple as a form that asks for the following things and emails them to hello@almalinux.org: the name of the event, the location, the dates, whether it's in-person or virtual, information about non-profit sponsorship opportunities that might be available, their email address, and a contact for the event itself.
