Reduce time taken by certification suite

A hardware vendor has mentioned that the tests might be a bit *too* expansive. The intent was to cover a wide range of workloads, but perhaps we can still do that while trimming down some of the longer-running tests to get the overall run done in a more manageable timeframe.

Shorter test runs would make it easier for vendors and the community to run and submit test results.

Would love outside feedback on this from vendors and users alike.
