Pull requests welcome?

Dear all,
I am getting myself familiar with the View and playing around with some cosmetic changes. Great experience so far!

What is your policy for contributions?
Am I allowed to submit PRs from my personal [fork](https://github.com/nvladimus/view)?

Related:
- I find the current docking of widgets very unintuitive (spread around the camera window, some too big, others too small), and want to experiment with a layout where all widgets are on the right and resized for convenience. Am I allowed to do a PR if I like the result? Or is the GUI design fixed at this point of the project?
- I want to dry-run the View on mesoSPIM at some point, and started to make a simulated mesoSPIM instrument config. Can I submit it via PR as well, or should I keep it out of your repo?
- a newbie question: if I close or hide some docked widgets, how do I make them visible again? Ashamed to ask, but it is not obvious...
