Create Bounding box based on placed boxes

Allow user to lay boxes at pertinent point and then create a volume encompassing all points

**Describe the solution you'd like**
In tile plan widget, add option to lay points and create box

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Add option or expand on existing option to set points
- [ ] when prompted, create volume encompassing points
