説明

The unmixing works by identifying spots that are detected in multiple channels and are spatially overlapping (within some minDist), then reassigns spots to the channel they are brightest in (via dist to dye line), effectively de-duplicating the crosstalk spots. But a given crosstalk spot can be detected across multiple channels. It would be useful to be able to somehow highlight spots that were found to be at the same spatial location across channels in the channel intensity plots. This could show if the crosstalk is skipping channels or is present in all contiguous channels, but with reduced intensity across more distant channels. This could just be a feature where, when you hover over a given spot, it highlights any spatially overlapping spots in the other channels by putting a little circle around it or something of that nature.
