Original request from @tmchartrand https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-library-template/issues/124 Moving to this repo since we're deprecating aind-library-template
coverage and interrogate badges should be added by the workflows that update them, rather than included in the template by default. many users don't run the coverage workflow but still have a 100% coverage badge in the readme from this template.
