Per the [zmq guide](https://zguide.zeromq.org/docs/chapter2/#Handling-Multiple-Sockets), it's more efficient to setup a poller than to poll multiple streams manually if we're going to be periodically polling lots of received streams.
Let's support a way to do this in the RouterClient.
