Feature Request: Auto-append "HCR_" to iSPIM dataset names

説明
Rational: Datasets in VAST (/allen/aind/stage/diSPIM/) following the convention `HCR_{subject_id}(-optional-other-tags-that-get-ignored)_{date}_{time}` are automatically uploaded to aind-open-data. Currently our datasets are missing the 'HCR_' prefix, and this is manually added.
Request: Append "HCR_" to the beginning of each dataset name. This will ensure the upload script finds the datasets saved in this folder.
