Consider TVS Diodes on all hot-plugged inputs

Description

The current use case for this system involves hot-plugging all treadmill connections to add/remove a live mouse installed on the physical treadmill hardware. Unfortunately, doing so, may be causing a huge static discharge, causing *other* devices connected to the same PSU as this system to glitch and close serial port connections.

One solution to mitigate this issue would be to install TVS diodes on all inputs/outputs we are planning on hot-plugging. WE'd also likely want to add a flyback diode to the magnetic brake, which we could assume is an inductive load.

Here are the schematic connections that need to be altered. Note that some of them take up to 12V.
