Check for performance changes with `FF_USE_FASTSEEK`

the sd card library we're using has an option called `FF_USE_FASTSEEK` that we can set, but it's not super well documented outside of the variable name. It would be worth checking to see if we get any performance changes with and without this `#define` value set.
