* [ ] 3.0 V Reference makes sense for this design (instead of 3.3V?) and that it doesnt need bypass capacitors?
* [ ] Consider REF3433 [(link)](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/texas-instruments/REF3433TIDBVR/15205181) as alternate.
* [ ] Remove Jumper
