Description

We want to be able to start PWM channels individually.

Let's assume that all PWM channels have been previously been configured.

One way to accomplish this would be to load all PWM Tasks and run them as soon as any PWM Task is fired but suppress the outputs of disabled PWMTasks. The edge case is that this wont work for PWM Tasks with a finite number of pulses, so we'd need to figure out how to suppress the count as well.

Another way to accomplish this would be to dynamically add a task to a running schedule. The issue here is that the PWM Task would not take effect until the queued set of tasks have been drained. Unfortunately, the delay time is unbounded because the user can configure very slow tasks.
