refactor to use clearer API calls

@arjunsridhar12345 and I spoke about making this capsule run from raw data which would turn the capsule wrapper into four lines of code:

```python
# Note: these may not be the exact calls
input_fp = '/data"
raw_data = RawDataLoader(input_fp)
qc_raw_data(raw_data)
trials_table = TrialsBuilder(raw_data)
qc_processed_data(trials_table)
```

It's possible that this will be two separate capsules or an API exposed from `dynamic-foraging-processing` that get's called from this capsule (e.g. `run_qc(input_fp` where `run_qc` runs the above steps).
