Make configurable different age limits for subfolders

In a data directory that looks like this:

behavior-videos need to be deleted pretty much immediately, but "behavior" needs to stick around for a few days at least.

The config should have a dict like the below that allows different ages for subfolders.

subfolder_age: dict = {
"behavior": 14,
"behavior-videos": 1,
}
```
