get_licks() returns object rather than dataFrame

**Describe the bug**
`bod.get_licks()['timestamps']` errors because `bod.get_licks()` return 'Licks' object, not a dataFrame.
This behavior is different from
- `bod.get_running_speed()['timestamps']`, where `bod.get_running_speed()' explicitly returns a dataframe
- `bod.get_rewards()['timestamps']`, where `bod.get_rewards()' returns DataObject of comb.core, which somehow is pd.DataFrame
Meanwhile, `type(bod.get_licks())` return `comb.processing.biometrics.licks.Licks`
Need to consolidate returned data objects from different biometrics (preferably pd.DataFrame)
