Make Slosher Instrument Control UI

## Requirements
* start, pause, resume
* status information (wash cycle?)
* maybe info-level log messages of what's happening on the machine
* run "job" (yaml file) from path
* connect to instrument hardware via a `RouterClient` from one-liner.
* ETA(?).
* percent completion
* how much longer until the job is finished.
* info on what samples are being sloshed.

It could be useful to make a Figma mockup of what our UI would look like to run it by scientists and see if it meets their needs.
