- cell line type (use CLO)
- organism (NCBI taxonomy)
- protein (Uniprot)
- gene (NCBI)
- Structure (cell structure. Is there an ontology for this?)
- Fluorescent Protein (fpbase or uniprot)
- clone number (optional)
