Description
Inspired by request from Xinxin, but likely relevant to other projects.
Make demo notebook for selecting a set of cells for a non-thalamus brain region, refining subclasses etc, and searching marker genes in MERFISH and scRNAseq (as in thalamus streamlit).
Should require only minor code tweaks.
