Description
Based on discussion with Mathew there are fairly significant needs that should be spec'ed out, including QC, injection quantification, and better supporting data access especially with reprocessing that is beginning of cell detection and quantification steps.
Need to discuss with Mathew and Jayaram further and write something up.
