NP Ultra Interneurons data reorganization

We need to prepare the NP Ultra Interneurons data for SWDB. Currently all of the data is on VAST. The assets should be in NWB format, but we need to reorganize the units table and the stimulus table to fit our data organization standard. We need to identify where all the data pieces are on VAST, construct a corrected units table and stimulus table, modify the NWB, and upload assets to Code Ocean.
