Migrate electrophysiology sharepoint page to software docs

This page: https://alleninstitute.sharepoint.com/sites/NeuralDynamics/SitePages/Neuropixels-Electrophysology-(ecephys).aspx has two links that go out to tools specifically for electrophysiology. I think these could be moved to the main AIND data/software docs on this page https://docs.allenneuraldynamics.org/en/latest/explore_analyze/analyze_data.html or on the QC page.
