**Describe the bug**
The new neuroglancer needs to provide the explicit translation for the pyramids due to the downsampling.
**Expected behavior**
The expected behaviour is not to see the downsampled images outside of the image area.
A solution for this was written in the [aind-hcr-data-transformation](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-hcr-data-transformation/blob/main/src/aind_hcr_data_transformation/compress/czi_to_zarr.py#L226) that we need to include here.
