Cannot upload QC metric changes, DocDB error.

**Describe the bug**
When trying to submit QC metrics for this session (ecephys_787625_2025-06-17_13-36-13_sorted-opto_2025-06-19_05-48-01) I get a DocDB error (see screenshot below). This session is also missing a couple plots such as unit yield and firing rate.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://qc.allenneuraldynamics.org/view?name=ecephys_787625_2025-06-17_13-36-13_sorted-opto_2025-06-19_05-48-01&active_path=%284%2C%29
2. Go to any plot and assign it a QC pass or fail
3. Try to upload changes and see error

**Expected behavior**
Should say all changes uploaded and the auto close the upload changes pop up window.

**Additional context**
Most of the sessions I am doing work, even when uploading many more changes than this session.

Reproduce the failure at the supplied QC portal URL by assigning a pass or fail and selecting Upload changes; compare this session with one that uploads successfully. Trace the DocDB error and the missing unit-yield and firing-rate plots, then verify that a successful upload reports completion and closes the dialog.
