multiplane-ophys QC z-drift local stack

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

I would like to be able to view the local z-stack used for the Z-drift Analysis section.

There will be instances where the start/end plane correlation scores are not great and manual inspection is required.

I would like to be able to override the values that are automatically generated.
