While looking at `behavior_816886_2025-12-01_13-44-23` while investigating [Square-like signals peri Go Cue](https://github.com/AllenNeuralDynamics/aind-fip-qc-raw/issues/30) I noticed a separate issue with CSV creation on the rig computer: the raw video had 102,220 frames, which matches the number of timestamps from `raw.harp` (as well as the json), but there are fewer rows in the green CSV, which ends abruptly with
