Auto deploy on merges

Whenever updates are merged to main, it requires manually updating the version on the services that run this.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Create a dev/main or latest/stable branches. Whenever dev/main (latest/stable) branches are updated, have a github action to update the version running with our services.
