[Testing Arch] Prepare test artifacts for ecephys compression package

As part of the testing infrastructure POC, we would like to test the ecephys compression package. Currently, the repo has unit tests with mock data, and limited integration tests (100 frames?).

This issue is to prepare test artifacts- @alejoe91 suggests we clip a session to 15minutes to use as our source data. He has also provided a clipping script for clipping ephys data.

- [ ] Find a good ephys session to use as source data. It should be a recent session that is representative, with multiple experiments and probes.
- [ ] Run clipping script to clip 15 minutes of the session and save output on VAST. This can be used as the source data for integration tests.
- [ ] Run the ecephys compression package to generate compressed data.
- [ ] Verify results and save on VAST as expected output

Edit: there are existing test assets on VAST. We can potentially reuse these. Timebox this effort to 0.5 days.
