User VAST trash folder for removing staging and source folders from VAST

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We currently use the shutils library combined with dask to remove VAST Folders, which can take a while.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It will be quicker to use move data to VAST's trash folder, which has a process for rapid deletion behind the scenes.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
We can keep using the current implementation. However, some SmartSPIM jobs have timed out recently.
