Description
**Describe the bug**
We added awscli as a python dependency and are able to upload data when pip installing aind-data-transfer-lite. There is also a standalone executable so that users do not need to install Python or aind-data-transfer-lite to use the UI. However, it seems like the awscli dependency is not being included in the executable.
This is non-blocking since users just need to install aws cli separately to use the executable.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Download the executable from the GitHub Releases page.
2. Try to submit a dryrun upload.
3. Observe error:
**Expected behavior**
Ideally, the program when loaded from exe can submit jobs without requiring aws cli installation. Check the pyinstaller spec and see if it is possible to include awscli.
