Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently, developers can build the standalone executables for Windows and macOS locally using PyInstaller, but there is no automated process to generate and attach these executables to a release. This can lead to inconsistencies between the source code and the executable, and requires each developer to manually build the executable when testing or releasing.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Create a GitHub Action that:
- [ ] Builds the standalone executable for Windows, macOS, and Linux using PyInstaller.
- [ ] Generates a .spec file and builds an .exe from that
- [ ] Remove committed .spec file from repo
- [ ] Attaches the resulting executables as artifacts in the GitHub release workflow.
This would ensure that any release always has up-to-date executables available, without requiring developers to manually build them.
**Additional context**
Currently, the .spec file is committed to the repo, and developers can build a working executable using the command:
`pyinstaller aind-data-transfer-lite-ui.spec
`
This GitHub Action would automate that process for each release.
