Add Missing Commands: PZINFO, SCAN, etc

Description
At a minimum, we need to add a few more missing commands:
* `xPZINFO\r`, where `x` is the piezo index. ([link](http://asiimaging.com/docs/products/serial_commands#commandpzinfo))
* `SN`, short for scan. ([link](http://asiimaging.com/docs/products/serial_commands#commandscan_sn))
