Feature Detection dsxy and dsz downsampling implementation missing for levels outside the existing multiscales

Feature detection params dsxy and dsz will only take at the nearest multiscale level and do no additional downsampling when needed. If we were to input an odd number or .5, we should be doing additional downsampling. Most of this code is wired in already.
