LUT image appears to have swapped axes

We have figured out that the tiff file needs to be 0-512 to be visible on the GUI, that is fine, we just scaled the force upper threshold accordingly. (we had it black until now :D)
But now we have realized that the axes appear to be transposed. On the image below we push the green cursor to the bottom, but the white target is on the right.

Similarly, when the target is on the bottom, the green cursor has to go right to complete the task:
