We should document how we're using this repo a bit more clearly in the readme:
- clarify we expect single-page docs for each workflow
- link those docs from the readme (maybe also move to top-level `/docs`?)
- discuss templates vs workflows - do we prefer one or the other, or both for a given workflow
- any guidelines on usage of external workflows?
