mouseover & mouseout events while hovering on a row

While hovering on react-bootstrap-table and keeping it static on specific row, i see events of mouseover&mouseout being fired automatically.
logically it should fire only 1 mouseover event when first mouse over a row occurs and 1 mouseout event when leaving the row area.

are you familiar with this issue ? hope i was able to explain myself.
